What is Nano Glass?

Nano Glass screen protectors from Speedo Angels are made from Plexiglass to bring you the strength and transparency of tempered glass, but with the flexibility and lightweight of plastic.

What is the difference between Nano Glass and your other screen protectors?
Nano Glass is made from a combination of plastic and glass materials compared to our standard screen protectors that are made completely from plastic. Nano Glass is thicker and has a higher scratch resistance compare to our ‘standard’ screen protectors. There are less fitting options available in Nano Glass because the material does not have the same flexibility as plastic so there are certain bikes that are not compatible with the material.

Nano Glass is a great compromise in strength, protection and cost and is a more premium product compared to our standard kits and because of this they are also slightly more expensive.

Are these tempered glass screen protectors?
No. These are Nano Glass screen protectors, which are made from both Glass and Plastic materials. They are not made from tempered glass. Nano glass offers all the benefits of tempered glass but means that the protectors can bend and flex without breaking. Many motorcycles do not have a 100% flat dashboard which means that tempered glass would not be suitable which is why we use Nano Glass.

Do they come in anti-glare finish?
No. They are only available in ultra-clear

Are Nano Glass screen protectors easy to fit?
Yes. We supply full fitting instructions and a fitting kit as part of the package. Follow the instructions closely and the screen protectors can be fitted easily.
